DESCRIPTION:Welcome to an amazing collection of racing memorabilia\, from
  the estate of Mr. Rob Raker (Monument\, Colorado). While Rob
  may not have been a "professional" photographer\, he certain
 ly delivered unique and professional results. After attendin
 g an Indy 500 race in 1964\, Rob fell in love with racing. He
  started out doing wedding photography\, and through his love
  of the sport\, he managed to get "in" with magazines and get
 ting his photos published. His access to the racing world le
 d to his relationships with racers like Jeff Gordon & Dale E
 arnhardt Sr. Earnhardt eventually hired Rob to be his person
 al photographer. The photographs you see in this collection 
 were original pictures taken by Rob himself. Autographed ite
 ms were obtained directly by Rob through his relationships a
 nd business dealings with the racers. After Rob's recent pas
 sing\, his family hopes these wonderful memories end up in th
 e hands of others who truly appreciate the world of racing. 
 Pick Up Information Items are located in our office in Monum
 ent\, CO.  Pickup is May 23rd - 24th (10am-4pm) by appointme
 nt In-person inspection and preview are available by appoint
 ment only. Call the Auctioneer at (719) 667-1000 for details
 .  Shipping available on certain items - please check befor
 e bidding. Please allow 7-10 business days to process shippi
 ng requests. Canceled shipping requests will still be liable
  for material and handling charges. An additional Buyer's Pr
 emium of 15% is added to the highest bid price for all items
  regardless of form of payment. Cash or Wire Transfer ONLY w
 ill be accepted for purchases\, including titled vehicles\, ex
 ceeding $1\,000. Credit cards will NOT be accepted. If you wi
 sh to pay for your purchases by cash or a credit card that i
 s different from the one used to register for the auction\, p
 lease notify us before 10am the day following the auction. A
 ll credit cards on file may be processed for purchases up to
  $1\,000 at 10:30am on the day following the auction unless p
 ayment arrangements are made with our office. All weights\, m
 easurements and dimensions are approximate. Items not picked
  up during the designated pick-up times will be deemed aband
 oned and will revert back to the seller with no refunds. Cal
