The Seller\, at his or her discretion\, may chose to have unclaimed items removed or disposed of at the expense of the Bidder who failed to collect the items. Leaving beh ind any items from your purchase will result in a disposal f ee assessed. Disposal fees range from $25 - $1\,000 depending upon our costs. Announcements made at the time of the sale take precedence over conflicting announcements or postings. The bidder / buyer agrees to reimbu rse the Auctioneer for all expenses incurred in the collecti on of any unsatisfied debt in conjunction with this auction. Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Colorado and hereby grants sole jurisdi ction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in E l Paso County\, Colorado. Both parties waive any right to a j ury trial and hereby agree to a bench trial before a judge. This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Colorado. If for any reason\, a court of com petent jurisdiction finds any part of this agreement to be i nvalid or unenforceable\, that part will be enforced to the m aximum extent permissible to affect the original intent of t his agreement. If a part is found to be invalid or unenforce able\, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect. Such invalid or unenforceable part will b e deemed severable from the other parts here and will not af fect the validity or enforceability of the remaining parts. Any Bidder who fails to perform as required under these term s and conditions may be banned from this or any future aucti ons. By registering for any auction\, the bidder agrees to be added to the Auctioneer’s email list. The Auctioneer records all l ive auctions via video\, audio\, still photography\, or a combi nation of all three. The Bidder grants the Auctioneer permis sion to use these recordings and or images for any purpose.   Payment Payment is due immediately at the conclusion of t he auction. A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be charged to all i tems\, regardless of payment method. Visa\, MasterCard\, Discov er\, and American Express will be accepted with matching phot o-identification. By participating in this auction\, buyers e xpressly agree that they will not “chargeback” or “den y” a credit card purchase. The 15% Buyer’s Premium shall apply to all credit card sales. Unless you contact our offi ce prior to 10:30am the day following the auction with an al ternative form of payment\, the credit card that you register in the online bidding system may be charged at that time fo r purchases up to $1\,000. There is a $35 service fee that wi ll be assessed for any credit card that is declined for a pu rchase. Purchases larger than $1\,000 are required to be paid by cash or wire transfer. Wire transfers will be accepted f rom US banks only\, and must be completed by 10:00 AM the mor ning following the sale. No paperwork will be provided until the payment posts to our account.
