 ctrict to support their initiative to upgrade the school’s
  weight room. Your bid directly contributes to enhancing stu
 dent wellness and strengthening our local community—thank

 are located in our office in Monument\, CO 80132. Pickup is 
 May 28th - 30th (10am-4pm) by appointment. In-person inspe
 ction and preview are available by appointment only. Call th
 e Auctioneer at (719) 667-1000 for details. Shipping availab
 le on certain items - please check before bidding. Please al
 low 7-10 business days to process shipping requests. Cancele
 d shipping requests will still be liable for material and ha
 ndling charges. Though we've had to raise our buyer's premiu
 m slightly to 18.5%\, we now offer a discount for CASH purch
 ases. If you pay us with cash\, we will reduce your buyer's p
 remium to 15%. Please let us know if you would like to use t
 his option on your purchase. Cash payments must be made wit
 hin 48 hours of auction close\, after which cards on file wi
 ll be charged for auction winnings.  Cash or Wire Transfer 
 ONLY will be accepted for purchases\, including titled vehicl
 es\, exceeding $1\,000. Credit cards will NOT be accepted. If 
 you wish to pay for your purchases by cash or a credit card 
 that is different from the one used to register for the auct
 ion\, please notify us before 10am the day following the auct
 ion. All credit cards on file may be processed for purchases
  up to $1\,000 at 10:30am on the day following the auction un
 less payment arrangements are made with our office. All weig
 hts\, measurements and dimensions are approximate. Items not 
 picked up during the designated pick-up times will be deemed
  abandoned and will revert back to the seller with no refund
