If for any reason\, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any part of this agre ement to be invalid or unenforceable\, that part will be enfo rced to the maximum extent permissible to affect the origina l intent of this agreement. If a part is found to be invalid or unenforceable\, the remainder of this agreement shall con tinue in full force and effect. Such invalid or unenforceabl e part will be deemed severable from the other parts here an d will not affect the validity or enforceability of the rema ining parts. Shipping costs are based on size\, weight\, value\, an d special conditions (fragile\, hazardous\, etc.).  Shipping is provided and invoiced by Shipping Saint.  Retail Deliver y & Administrative Fee: The State of Colorado has mandated that businesses collect a retail delivery fee of .29 per in voice for items shipped by vehicle within the state. The sta te mandates businesses to collect\, track\, report\, and remit this fee with no credit or compensation to the business.  T he cost for us to administer this tax collection is more tha n four times the actual fee. Therefore\, we must add a $1 sur charge\, which includes the fee\, in order to adhere to this u nfunded mandate.  If you do not support this fee\, please c ontact your state representatives. On-Line Auctions Neither the Auctioneer nor the Seller shall be responsible for any f ailure of any electronic or internet systems to accept or re gister a bid. Registered bidders must create a password that prevents others from using their account. Bidders are respo nsible for ALL bids placed under their name and password.
