 iargate/Chapel Hills) Colorado Springs\, CO 80920 Pickup for 
 BOTH Parts 1 & 2 is Friday\, June 27th (11:00am - 6:00pm) by
  appointment. If you won items in Part 1 and have set up an 
 appointment\, there is no need to set a separate appointment 
 for Part 2. In-person inspection and preview are not availa
 ble. Shipping is not available. Effective January 1\, 2025 Th
 e State of Colorado\, in an effort to hinder firearms sales a
 nd ownership\, passed new laws in 2025.  Among these new law
 s is an EXCISE TAX of 6.5%\, in ADDITION to standard sales 
 tax\, on all firearms sales\, ammunition sales\, and firearms 
 parts. Though we've had to raise our buyer's premium slightl
 y to 18.5%\, we now offer a discount for CASH purchases. If 
 you pay us with cash\, we will reduce your buyer's premium to
  15%. Please let us know if you would like to use this optio
 n on your purchase.  Cash or Wire Transfer ONLY will be acc
 epted for purchases\, including titled vehicles\, exceeding $1
 \,000. Credit cards will NOT be accepted. If you wish to pay 
 for your purchases by cash or a credit card that is differen
 t from the one used to register for the auction\, please noti
 fy us prior to 10am the day following the auction. All credi
 t cards on file may be processed for purchases up to $1\,000 
 at 10:30am on the day following the auction unless payment a
 rrangements are made with our office. All weights\, measureme
 nts and dimensions are approximate. Items not picked up duri
 ng the designated pick-up times will be deemed abandoned and
