 firearm\, please sign up for an appointment to fill out the 4
 473 (background check) form November 25-26 & December 1st to
  3rd. After the mandatory 3-day waiting period\, we will cont
 act you to schedule a pickup appointment (Monday-Friday\, 10:
 00am-4:00pm) All other items may be picked up November 25-26
  & December 1st to 3rd\, 10:00am-4:00pm by appointment In-per
 son inspection and preview is available by appointment only.
  Effective January 1\, 2025 The State of Colorado\, in an effo
 rt to hinder firearms sales and ownership\, passed new laws i
 n 2025. Among these new laws is an EXCISE TAX of 6.5%\, in A
 DDITION to standard sales tax\,  on all firearms sales\, ammu
 nition sales\, and firearms parts. The State has also adopted
  new laws requiring that firearms dealers be licensed by the
  State\, despite already being licensed and under the supervi
 sion of the Federal Government. This new requirement forces 
 lawfully operating\, already licensed dealers to pay an addit
 ional annual fee*\, submit to and pay for redundant backgroun
 d checks\, and provide state approved training to staff.  Th
 ese unfunded mandates add yet another layer of cost and time
  to small businesses. As a result of these additional costs 
 and burdens\, we have no choice but to assess an additional $
 12 fee to the final sale price of EACH firearm sold. In addi
 tion\, it is now illegal to store an unsecured firearm in a v
 ehicle. We have lockboxes available for sale in our office. 
 *The law allows for the new state agency to raise the fee an
 nually\, with no limit. Your invoice will reflect the CASH pr
 ice. Credit card payments will be charged an additional 3.5%
  buyer’s premium. We must be notified of intent to pay wit
 h cash or a credit card differing from the one on file by 10
 am the morning following the auction close. Cash payments/pi
 ckups must be made within 48 hours\, after which cards on fil
 e will be charged for winnings. The State is also tracking f
 irearms sales made with credit cards. We highly recommend pa
 ying for these purchases with cash.  Cash or Wire Transfer 
 ONLY will be accepted for purchases\, including titled vehicl
 es\, exceeding $1\,200. Credit cards will NOT be accepted. All
  weights\, measurements and dimensions are approximate. Call
