  can pick up your item. We will schedule an appointment for

 preview is available by appointment only. Effective January 
 1\, 2025 The State of Colorado\, in an effort to hinder firear
 ms sales and ownership\, passed new laws in 2025. Among thes
 e new laws is an EXCISE TAX of 6.5%\, in ADDITION to standard
  sales tax\,  on all firearms sales\, ammunition sales\, and f
 irearms parts. The State has also adopted new laws requiring
  that firearms dealers be licensed by the State\, despite alr
 eady being licensed and under the supervision of the Federal
  Government. This new requirement forces lawfully operating\,
  already licensed dealers to pay an additional annual fee*\, 
 submit to and pay for redundant background checks\, and provi
 de state approved training to staff.  These unfunded mandat
 es add yet another layer of cost and time to small businesse
 s. As a result of these additional costs and burdens\, we hav
 e no choice but to assess an additional $12 fee to the final
  sale price of EACH firearm sold. In addition\, it is now ill
 egal to store an unsecured firearm in a vehicle. We have loc
 kboxes available for sale in our office. *The law allows for
  the new state agency to raise the fee annually\, with no lim
 it. Your invoice will reflect the CASH price. Credit card pa
 yments will be charged an additional 3.5% buyer’s premium.
  We must be notified of intent to pay with cash or a credit 
 card differing from the one on file by 10am the morning foll
 owing the auction close. Cash payments/pickups must be made 
 within 48 hours\, after which cards on file will be charged f
 or winnings. The State is also tracking firearms sales made 
 with credit cards. We highly recommend paying for these purc
 hases with cash.  Cash or Wire Transfer ONLY will be accept
 ed for purchases\, including titled vehicles\, exceeding $1\,20
 0. Credit cards will NOT be accepted. All weights\, measureme
