 P TERMS Pickup is Thursday\, November 12th (10:00 am - 3:00 
 pm) by appointment Payment: All payments must be completed 
 at the Schur Success Group office in Monument\, CO\, before co
 llecting any purchases. Pickup: Items must be picked up in P
 almer Lake\, CO 80133\, at the designated pickup location(s). 
 This auction includes two separate pickup locations\, approxi
 mately five minutes apart. Depending on the items purchased\,
  you may be required to pick up from one or both locations. 
 Due to limited parking and the multiple pickup locations\, pa
 yment at the pickup locations is not available\, and all purc
 hases must be collected during the designated pickup date an
 d time. No alternate pickup arrangements will be offered. Pi
 ckup is available only on the date and during the time windo
 w specified. No extensions or alternate pickup arrangements 
 will be permitted. Items not collected within the designated
  window may be considered abandoned and subject to removal o
 r disposal at the buyer’s expense. Disposal fees range fro
 m $25 to $1\,000\, depending on the cost of removal and dispos
 al. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed items. In-person
  inspection and preview is not available. Shipping available
  on certain items - please check before bidding. Please allo
 w 7-10 business days to process shipping requests. Canceled 
 shipping requests will still be liable for material and hand
 ling charges. Though we've had to raise our buyer's premium 
 slightly to 18.5%\, we now offer a discount for CASH purchas
 es. If you pay us with cash\, we will reduce your buyer's pre
 mium to 15%. Please let us know if you would like to use thi
 s option on your purchase by 10am the day following the auct
 ion close.  Cash or Wire Transfer ONLY will be accepted for
  purchases\, including titled vehicles\, exceeding $500. Credi
 t cards will NOT be accepted. If you wish to pay for your pu
 rchases by a credit card that is different from the one used
  to register for the auction\, please notify us prior to 10am
  the day following the auction. All credit cards on file may
  be processed for purchases up to $500 at 10:30am on the da
 y following the auction unless payment arrangements are made
  with our office. All weights\, measurements and dimensions a
 re approximate. Items not picked up during the designated pi
 ck-up times will be deemed abandoned and will revert back to
