 istory: The owner of this estate enlisted in the Army Air Co
 rp in 1944 and became a bomer flight officer.  After which\,
  he got his PhD in chemistry and went on to work with the De
 partment of Engergy in Materials research\, eventually becomi
 ng a Registered Professional Engineer. He tenured as a Profe
 ssor of Engineering becoming the Dean of Engineering at Wrig
 ht State University. He owned a consulting firm that service
 d government\, industry and legal community clients with thi
 s engineering expertise. He did research in helmet design fo
 r sports\, automotive and military applications\, many of whic
 h are still used today.  Notably\, he held one of the patent
 s in personal body armor designed for President Ronald Reaga
 n\, which also protected the staff and flight crew during th
 e inital foray to into detente with the People's Republic of
  China (he actually took a 357 bullet while testing one of h
 is ballistic vests). During the Vietnam conflict\, he was par
 t of an elite team who operated behind emeny lines gathering
  intelligence and conducting covert operations as the infam
 ous fnal survior of the "five fingers of death". Pickup is b

 Pickup is Friday\, October 21st 9:00-4:00 or Saturday\, Octobe
 r 22nd 9:00-1:00 by appointment only we recommend late Frid
 ay/Saturday for pick up of larger items including furniture 
 there are numerous stairs throughout the house  All propert
 y must be removed within the time period allotted. Buyer agr
 ees to pay the removal costs of any unclaimed items that are
  won in the auction. BRING HELP\, TOOLS\, AND THE APPROPRIATE 
 VEHICLE. NO LIFTING\, MOVING\, OR LOADING ASSISTANCE WILL BE P
