The Lewis Palmer School District (D-38) has authorized the sale of a surplus modular classroom at auction. The building must be removed from District grounds.
The building consists of six (6) trailers / modular buildings assembled to create one single classroom building. Each of the six trailers measures 56’ long, by 15’6” wide. All six trailers have wheels and hitch framing available, but their conditions are unknown. The trailers are on leveling blocks and stands. The units were manufactured by CoMark in 2006.
Each classroom includes a gas furnace. Air conditioning units have been removed. There are 8 classrooms and 2 bathroom units.
Included in the purchase are the aluminum ramps and stairs made for this modular building.
The buyer will disassemble and remove their purchase from school grounds. All utilities have been disconnected. Removal must be performed by a licensed/insured contractor. Proof of insurance is required. Removal must be scheduled with advance notice to the School District. The Buyer is responsible to obtain any required permits by the Town, County, State, DOT or any other applicable permits. Copies of the permits must be provided prior to removal.
Potential buyers may inspect the building by appointment. Due to COVID restrictions, no more than 2 persons can attend a preview at any given time.
