Terms & Conditions
- Items are located in our office in Monument, CO 80132.
- Pickup is December 18th, 19th Only! (10am - 4pm) by appointment.
- In-person inspection and preview are available by appointment only. Call the Auctioneer at (719) 667-1000 for details.
- Shipping is available
- Please allow 7-10 business days to process shipping requests.
- Canceled shipping requests will still be liable for material and handling charges.
- Your invoice will reflect the CASH price. Credit card payments will be charged an additional 3.5% buyer’s premium. We must be notified of intent to pay with cash or a credit card differing from the one on file by 10am the morning following the auction close. Cash payments/pickups must be made within 48 hours, after which cards on file will be charged for winnings.
- Cash or Wire Transfer ONLY will be accepted for purchases, including titled vehicles, exceeding $1,000. Credit cards will NOT be accepted.
- All weights, measurements, and dimensions are approximate.
- Items not picked up during the designated pick-up times will be deemed abandoned and will revert back to the seller with no refunds.
